What if I’ve forgotten my password/username?
Just click on the ‘forgotten password’ link under the log on fields and you can apply to have it changed.

How do I add a comment?
Most Blog entries, movies and individual pictures in the gallery can be commented on. If you are logged in you’ll find a form on the page allowing you to add a comment or quote an existing comment. We do moderate comments to filter out spam and junk messages so if you haven’t posted a comment before it may take a few hours before it becomes visible.

I left a comment, how do I know if somebody has replied?
When you leave a comment you can opt to receive a notification by email when other people add to the comment. If you visit the page you left a comment on you’ll see a link in the “Add A Comment” box that allows you to turn this notification on and off.

How do I get a picture by my name when I leave comments?
You can upload a picture to use as your avatar on your account area. Click on the ‘manage Account’ link on the left hand side of the screen, and then the Profile tab. It will rescale the picture for you if it’s too big, so don’t worry about dimensions, but will need to be under 300KB. Please do not infringe anyone’s copyright by using pictures you do not own, we look poorly on that here at PP Headquarters.

I don’t want to use my username as my nickname, can I change it?
Yes. Go to ‘Manage Account’ on the left hand side of the screen and then click on the ‘profile’ tab. You can input whatever name you want to be visable to others (for example when you post a comment) under the title Nickname and they will never know your username – good for security if you’re extra worried about these things :)
